1. Repair and replace defective components in building, generators, switchboards, conductors, switches and varied electrical fixtures.
2. Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
3. Make sure that any loose wires are connected and secured properly.
4. Modify electrical prototypes to correct functional deviations under direction of Technical Operations Manager.
5. Diagnose cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
6. Plans direct, and record periodic electrical testing, and recommend or initiate modification or replacement of equipment which fails to meet acceptable operating standards.
7. Follow health and safety standards and comply with building codes.
8. Respond to emergency situations to resolve issues on an immediate basis.
9. Perform any other tasks assigned by management within the scope of duty.
10. Install pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, HVAC or other liquids or gas equipment.
11. Assemble fittings and valves for installation.
12. Modify length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building.
13. Install heating and air-conditioning systems, including water heaters.
14. Collaborate with contractors, construction workers or their Tech, and Engineers in installing and repairing plumbing.
15. Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems.
16. Analyse problem and identify appropriate tools and materials for repair.
17. Perform inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts.
18. Respond to emergency situations in order to resolve issues on an immediate basis.
19. Perform any other tasks assigned by management within the scope of duty.
